Cindy Regli joined LUVA Real Estate in October of 2017 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. Her Real Estate career started in northern California in 2004 after wanting to make a career change from the radio industry where she spent 15 years as a sales and marketing representative. Cindy moved to Kona in 2015 and her love of water and water activities, like boating and snorkeling, made it easy to adjust to the island lifestyle.

Cindy’s favorite part about being in the real estate industry is the People. She loves helping people whether it’s selling or purchasing a home. Working with Cindy, you will find that you end up working with an experienced and knowledgeable agent, but also gaining a life- long friend! Two of her strongest skills are marketing and negotiations, giving her an excellent edge over many Realtors. She believes that a good Realtor is available to friends/clients long after the sale. She  grew her business off of repeat business and referrals from clients who knew they could trust her to care of their friends and family. Cindy is someone that truly cares, as an agent and as a friend.

Cindy admits that being in Real Estate for over 16 years she has  run into some interesting “situations”. One time during a day full of showings with a potential buyer she had to use the restroom in a vacant home. To her surprise, the door locked and she could not get out. She had to have her buyers jimmy the door open, luckily there was no damage. The buyers turned out to be lifelong friends and allowed her to represent them with the purchase and sale of their home within the next four years. She remembers this story as being just a tad embarrassing and something that she will never forget.

In her free time Cindy enjoys spending time in the water and on land running and doing Pilates or yoga. She also enjoys her down time, snuggling with her two pugs.
