Krystal Vartanian Jacobs is a Realtor Salesperson and Property Manager with LUVA Real Estate on the Big Island. She has been a Realtor and Property Manager with LUVA for nearly two years and currently manages 45 properties. She was initially drawn to real estate because of the career’s flexibility. She came to LUVA with a background in Estate Management and got into real estate after purchasing her condo which really piqued her interest in the field.

She has been an active member of the Kona community for seven years and is so excited to be turning her community focus towards real estate and helping our community members find the perfect home. Krystal knows well how no day in real estate is ever the same. You can try to plan your day as best you can but you must be flexible because most likely that plan will get thrown out the window! This is especially true in property management! Krystal thrives in this fast-paced and solution-driven environment.

Krystal lives in Kailua-Kona with her husband and their black cat Freddie. When Krystal isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, watching most sports, relaxing at the beach while reading a book, and hanging out with friends.
