In November, there were 63 single-family homes sold, which is a slight dip from October when there were 78 homes sold. This also represents a decrease of 40% when compared to November 2021.
There were 71 condos sold last month on Maui, representing a 54% decrease when compared to this time last year.
The average days on the market for single-family homes dropped from 110 in October to 87 days in November. The average days on the market for condos dropped by just one day to 71 days in November. This represents an increase of 27% compared to this time last year.
The median sale price for single-family homes in Maui was $1,025,000 which represents an increase of 2.5% when compared to this time last year. For condos, the median sales price last month increased slightly to $850,000 in November. This represents an increase of 17.5% when compared to this time last year.
