There were 153 condos sold last month on Maui, representing a 36.8% decrease when compared to this time last year. This represents a slight decrease when compared to April 2022 when there were 177 condos sold.
The average days on the market for single family homes increased from 67 days in April to 77 days in May 2022. This represents a 3.8% decrease in number of days spent on the market for single family homes when compared to May 2021.
The average days on the market for condos increased slightly to 66 days last month when compared to 59 days in April. This represents a decrease of 29.8% when compared to this time last year.
The median sale prices for single family homes on Maui decreased just slightly last month, dropping from $1,250,000 in April to $1,225,000 in May. This represents an increase of 20.2% when compared to this time last year.
For condos, the median sales price in April decreased slightly last month, dropping from $820,000 in April to $715,000 in May. This represents an increase of 16.7% when compared to this time last year.
