Maui Real Estate Market Update: June 2024 Market Overview
In June there were 103 new listings for single-family homes and 134 new listings for condominiums.
Compared to this same time last year that is an increase of 17.0% and 9.8% respectively. Inventory increased 25.8% for single-family homes and 198.2% for condominium homes.
In June, there were 65 single-family homes sold, which is down from May when there were 74 homes sold. This represents a decrease of 9.7% when compared to June 2023.
There were 59 condos sold last month on Maui, down from 76 sales in May. When compared to this time last year, this represents a decrease of 36.6%.
The average days on the market for single-family homes increased in June to 119 days. This represents an increase of 4.4% when compared to June 2023.
The average days on the market for condos increased from 100 days in May to 118 days in June. This represents a decrease of 6.3% when compared to this same time last year.
In June, the median sales price for single-family homes on Maui was $1,350,000, compared to
$1,297,500 in May. This represents an increase of 30.8% when compared to June 2023.
For condos, the median sales price last month increased from $840,500 in May to $980,000 in June. This represents no change in sales price when compared to this same time last year.
