While the prices aren’t as low as when they opened with $0.25 hamburgers and $0.14 fries – the prices are still reasonable and its a great place to go when you need a quick bite!

Originally a Poi Factory for 70 years, The Waiahole Poi Factory was built in 1905. It closed it’s factory in 1970’s and wasn’t until 2009 did it reopen as a poi factory and homemade Hawaiian food restaurant.

With 14 locations, Zippy has been family owned and operated since it opened in 1966. Zippy’s looks similiar to a classic American Diner but serves up hearty, local, Hawaiian comfort food like laulua, kalua pork, musubi, and chicken katsu. Expect Hawaiian twists on the traditional American dishes on the menu like hamburgers, fried chicken, all day breakfast, apple pies, and ice cream floats.
